2. Service Estimates & Appointments

Estimates provided online or over the phone are subject to verification upon inspecting the property. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for extreme dirt conditions or unstated rooms.

3. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your cleaning service, please notify Grace Shine Cleaning within 24 hours. We will return and re-clean the disputed area free of charge.
